Luxury Rentals Today, acts as a venue to the Owners/Agents, Renters/Representatives, Members/Travelers and Advertisers of Luxury Rentals Today so they can offer their property for rent to potential travelers. Luxury Rentals Today is not involved in the actual transaction between Owners/Agents, Renters/Representatives, Members/Travelers. All vacation rental property contracts, negotiations, transactions are solely controlled by the users of this site.
All parties using the website of Luxury Rentals Today including, Owners/Agents, Renters/Representatives, Members/Travelers and Advertisers should protect themselves from anyone they do not know and assume full liability amongst themselves for all information found in Luxury Rentals Today publication and any and all information passed between all Property Owners/Agents, Renters/Representatives, Members/Travelers and Advertisers. Property Owners/Agents, Members and Advertisers are solely responsible for keeping all their information current and accurate on our website. Luxury Rentals Today disclaims any and all liability due to any inaccurate information in all listings and ads.
Release: In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users of the site (including, without limitation, any dispute between users regarding any transaction or user-contributed content), you hereby agree to release, remise and forever discharge the site and any member of Luxury Rentals Today, each of their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, and all other related persons or entities from any and all manner of rights, claims, complaints, demands, causes of action, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, legal fees, costs, and disbursements of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, which now or hereafter arise from, relate to, or are connected with such dispute and/or your use of the site. If you are a California resident, you waive California civil code section 1542, which says: "a general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

Representations and warranties: Each party represents and warrants that it has the legal power and authority to enter into this agreement. Luxury Rentals Today represents and warrants that it will provide the services in a manner consistent with general industry standards reasonably applicable to the provision thereof and that the services will perform substantially in accordance with Luxury Rentals Today claims. You represent and warrant that you have not falsely identified yourself nor provided any false information in order to gain access to the services. You represent and warrant that your access to the services shall not violate any contract, statute, rule, regulation or other obligation under which you are bound. You represent and warrant that you shall not access the services to conduct or solicit the performance of any business or activity that is tortuous or prohibited by law.
Property owners/agents/members are solely responsible for qualifying their renters/representatives, travelers and will obtain all necessary information before proceeding to rent their property and assume full liability for their own acts. All renters/representatives, members/travelers will obtain all necessary information and assume full liability for use of any information found in Luxury Rentals Today website and make informed decisions including refund/cancellation policies and understand that each property sets it own policies.
Local regulations must be followed on the property including permits, licenses, sales taxes, when renting out a vacation property.
Disclaimer: Luxury Rentals Today, including all its content, software, functions, materials and information made available on or accessed through the site, are provided "as is." the Internet is not always reliable and Luxury Rentals Today will not be held responsible for any interrupted service and does not guarantee that this website will be available 100% of the time and Luxury Rentals Today will not be held liable for any undelivered correspondence or income lost to the property owner/agent/ renters/representatives /travelers/advertisers. Mail delivered by the internet is not considered private mail. Luxury Rentals Today does not warrant that the functions contained in the site or any materials or content contained therein will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever for the content on the site or the materials, information and functions made accessible by the software used on or accessed through the site, for any products or services or hypertext links to third parties or for any breach of security associated with the transmission of sensitive information through the site or any linked site. Only one property can be used in one listing and selling a listing to another party is prohibited. Existing listings cannot be altered to that of another property and Luxury Rentals Today has the sole discretion to retain any unearned fees as compensation associated with violating and non-compliance with any of these conditions and can terminate the listing immediately at their sole discretion.
Luxury Rentals Today has the right to refuse any listing or advertisement for any reason or no reason and all parties will specifically hold Luxury Rentals Today harmless for any loss or liability arising from that decision.
Property owners/agents and advertisers can inactivate and reactive their property at any time during the course of their full run and the renewal date will remain unchanged. No refunds on any inactive listings or ads.
Liability: In no event will Luxury Rentals Today, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors and/or employees be liable for any lost profits or any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of, based on, or resulting from our site, these terms, your use of the site and/or any transaction between users, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations and exclusions apply without regard to whether the damages arise from (1) breach of contract, (2) breach of warranty, (3) strict liability, (4) tort, (5) negligence, or (6) any other cause of action, to the maximum extent such exclusion and limitations are not prohibited by applicable law. If you are dissatisfied with the site, you do not agree with any part of this agreement, or have any other dispute or claim with or against us, another user or the site with respect to these terms or the site, then your sole and exclusive remedy against us is to discontinue using the site. Luxury Rentals Today, is in no way liable for any damages, without limitation to any indirect consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages based on this agreement or your use of this service whether from negligence breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort, strict liability or any other . If you are dissatisfied with Luxury Rentals Today's agreement or any part thereof or their services, you have the sole responsibility to discontinue using this website and services.
You are forever releasing and discharging Luxury Rentals Today, its affiliates, employees, directors, officers and any related entity or persons from all and any proceedings, obligations, legal fees, costs, disbursements, claims, rights, complaints, damages, demands, causes of action, liabilities and disbursements by any nature, known or unknown, that could be connected to your use of Luxury Rentals Today services.
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Luxury Rentals Today and any member harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the indemnified parties in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the site ( including, without limitation, any dispute between users regarding any transaction or any of your user-contributed content), any content posted by you or other users of your account to the site or any breach by you of these terms or the representations, warranties and covenants made by you herein, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs. You shall cooperate in full with all reasonability required in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without our written consent.
Payments for listing are made in us dollars and paid by credit card or checks drawn on us banks.
Luxury Rentals Today sells its services and performs in the State of Florida, United States of America and any cause of action will be filed in Broward county following the laws of the State of Florida.
